Transformations Lab is a structured behavioral infrastructure layer inserted into workforce pipelines to stabilize engagement during friction periods.
We design and deliver structured, on-demand modular workshops that strengthen decision-making, identity clarity, habit formation, and professional capability. Workshops are delivered onsite as standalone sessions or integrated series, and tailored to organizational needs.

Transformations Lab partners with community-based organizations, workforce development programs, educational institutions, and government agencies seeking to improve participant readiness, engagement, and program follow-through. Many organizations face similar challenges: underprepared participants, inconsistent engagement, long waitlists, and pressure to meet measurable performance targets within complex systems.
Our workshops are designed to address these structural gaps. We focus on strengthening decision-making, accountability, identity clarity, and habit formation—particularly for participants facing educational, employment, or systemic barriers. Content is accessible while maintaining performance standards, ensuring both compassion and accountability remain aligned.
All workshops are modular and delivered on-demand, either in person or virtually. Modules may stand alone or be sequenced into a multi-session series, depending on organizational goals and participant needs.
Workshops are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing program structures without disrupting operations. Modules can be customized to align with workforce metrics, academic requirements, grant objectives, or agency-specific performance standards. Organizations begin with a consultation to assess program needs and develop a tailored implementation plan.

We incorporate structured reflection tools, engagement tracking, and optional pre/post assessments. Workshop outcomes can be integrated into existing reporting systems, allowing organizations to connect participant development directly to broader program performance goals.

With over 25 years of experience across vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, and higher education systems, I have worked to improve participant readiness, engagement, and measurable outcomes. That experience shapes the structured, performance-driven approach behind Transformations Lab. I hold a master’s degree in counseling from San Francisco State University.
